This Web Site and any content is for information purposes only and myfootcaresupplies.com does not make any representation or warranty (express or implied) and does not accept any responsibility or liability as to, or in relation to, the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on the Web Site or any other written or oral information made available to any interested party or its advisers and any liability in respect of any such information or any inaccuracy on, or omission from, the Web Site is to the fullest extent permitted by law expressly disclaimed.

This Web Site, its contents, the services described, and /or supplied pursuant to, the same and these terms and the terms of any such supply shall be governed only by English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims/disputes arising in relation thereto.

If any of these provisions shall be declared invalid in whole or in part, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions and/or part shall remain in full force and effect.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment on this site can be made by MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit, PayPal.

We do accept cheques for telephone orders; these should be made payable to C&P Medical Trading Ltd. Goods will then be dispatched within five working days. Banker’s drafts and postal orders should be made payable to C&P Medical Trading Ltd, and goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of these methods of payment.

To make Direct Debit and BACS  payments into our account, please contact us for bank details. Please phone or fax to notify C&P Medical that payment has been made.

If payment is in cash, goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of faxed credit slip.

We also offer a credit facility upon agreement, a credit form must be completed. All other orders must be pre-paid.

Due to new security measures whilst using your credit cards online please can you ensure that the postcode listed on your account is where your card is registered, this may be different to your delivery address.  If you experience any problems please do not hesitate to contact our accounts department.

 

What are the terms of a credit account?

Payment is due 30 days from invoice, we will set a reasonable credit limit for you. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the contract if allowing it to continue would result in you exceeding your credit limit or your credit limit is already exceeded. If you default on making payment, the entire balance of your account shall be payable and we may charge you interest on the account, together with costs and expenses. If you do not make a payment on the due date, then we may cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries to you.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF C&P MEDICAL TRADING UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.

 

What if a product is not in stock?

On the occasion that a product is not in stock, we will notify you within 24hrs. If desired we can then set up a back order so that the product will be dispatched to you straight away as soon as it becomes available, providing full payment has been made.

 

What are your opening times?

Our office in Melksham, Wiltshire is open 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and  8.30am – 4pm on Friday

 We operate an answer machine outside office hours.

 

I am not HPC registered, which products can I buy?

C&P Medical stock certain products which are classified “P” and “POM”, therefore you will need to be either HPC Registered or able to supply the relevant certificate. If you add these goods to your basket, you will be asked for your registration number at checkout. Unfortunately, C&P Medical will be unable to sell these products to anyone who cannot comply with the above criteria.

 

Do your prices include VAT?

Your mobile and email address that you provide may be used by us or the courier company to contact you about your order.

 

What is your returns policy?

Goods can only be returned to us with our prior consent. Please contact us via returns@c-pmedical.com with any concerns you have and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us if appropriate or a full refund or exchange if damaged. Please note, all ‘P’ or ‘POM’ products are non returnable & non refundable.

A credit note will be issued for any items returned or any overpayments, this can be redeemed against your next order with C&P Medical Trading Ltd or for a full refund or exchange.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

We will accept items back for credit which have been incorrectly supplied provided that;-

a)      We are notified in writing or by telephone within 2 days of delivery that they were incorrectly supplied.

b)      They are unmarked and have not been used/worn

c)      They have not been adapted

d)      They are returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-sellable conditions and

e)      The delivery note or official number are quoted

 

Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items

If the product you have ordered is unwanted or incorrectly ordered carriage and re packaging charges may apply.

A credit note will be issued for any items returned or any overpayments, this can be redeemed against your next order with C&P Medical Trading Ltd or contact us for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be sent to C&P Medical Trading, Unit 1 Avro Business Centre, Avro Way, Bowerhill, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 6TP Telephone Number 01225 707188 and we must have been notified prior to the return. 

If you feel an orthotic you have ordered is unsuitable or the wrong size; return it to us unworn in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Are there any warnings I should be aware of?

If you have diabetes or problems with your circulation please ask your doctor before using the orthotics products. If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.

It is a condition of sale than an orthopaedic product purchased from C&P medical is restricted to single use only by the originally fitted patient in order to protect the care provider and the patient against potentially adverse consequences of infectious disease transmission or material instability resulting from previous use by the original wearer. Any expressed or implied warranties are voided if the orthosis is re used for another patient. Any orthosis purchased must be prescribed and applied by a qualified clinician to ensure that it meets the needs or the particular patient and accomplishes the desired results.

 

C&P Medical Trading Ltd will not be held accountable for any misuse of products.

Yes, for certain products at our discretion. Please contact us with any enquiries.

 

Do you provide safety data sheets?

Yes, safety data sheets are available upon request.
